These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by BMTservice, including AC repairing, installation, and maintenance, as well as any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
BMTservice provides the following services within the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates:
AC Repairing: Diagnosis and repair of faults in air conditioning units.
AC Installation: Professional installation of new or replacement air conditioning systems.
AC Maintenance: Routine inspection, cleaning, and servicing of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
All Services are subject to the availability of our technicians and resources.
2.1. You can request a service appointment through our website, phone, or any other official communication channel. 2.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation from BMTservice, which may include the appointment date, time, and an estimated cost. 2.3. All estimated costs are subject to change based on the final diagnosis and required parts or labor. A final quote will be provided before any major work is commenced.
3.1. Payment for Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3.2. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by BMTservice. 3.3. For major projects or parts, a deposit may be required before the work begins. This will be communicated to you in advance. 3.4. All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
4.1. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment up to a specific period (e.g., 24 hours) before the scheduled time without a penalty. 4.2. Cancellations or reschedules made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs. 4.3. BMTservice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technician unavailability or adverse weather conditions. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.
5.1. Repair Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on our repair services. The warranty period and conditions will be specified on your service invoice. This warranty covers the specific repair work performed and does not cover issues unrelated to the initial service. 5.2. Installation Warranty: For new AC installations, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the unit. We provide a limited warranty on the installation workmanship for a specified period (e.g., 90 days), covering issues directly related to our installation. 5.3. Limitation of Liability: BMTservice shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific Service in question.
6.1. You must provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the AC unit and the workspace. 6.2. You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the issue with your AC unit and any prior repair history. 6.3. You must ensure that minors and pets are kept away from the work area for safety reasons. 6.4. You acknowledge and accept that BMTservice is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages to your property that are not directly caused by our technicians during the provision of Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
BMTservice reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
